By phone:
Call us with your information and we will send you out an application form email.
Please make sure to read all the terms and conditions before sending us an application form.
What happens once I have filled in an application form:
It is standard procedure that the agency visits some families. We will will always work around your schedule.
Once you have chosen your AuPair we will send off your details to the AuPair and she will get in touch with you usually by phone.
It is advisable to have a few questions ready to ask the AuPair. The more information you can give her over the phone the smoother things will run when she gets here as she will know what to expect. If both of you are happy she will then agree dates of arrival with you.
Once the dates have been confirmed you then call the office to make an appointment to have the AuPair take a level test and sign an agreement form.
After you have met your AuPair at the airport you can either bring her directly to us to sign an agreement form and do the test, or wait for a day or two after she has arrived.
If you are thinking of hosting an AuPair please advised of the following:
We have many families on our books already. There families are our priority when it comes to placing the AuPairs we have. So there will be certain times of the year where we will need to put new families on a waiting list.
It is the family’s responsibility to check in with the agency as often as possible when looking for an AuPair.
All AuPairs in south Dublin must attend classes at least twice a week two evenings per week.
If you have not already had an AuPair it is a good idea to try a short term AuPair during the summer. They stay for about three months and it can be a good ‘trial’ time to see how the children and the family adjust to having someone live in the house.
Placement fees are non-refundable however a replacement an AuPair will be provided.
If you are thinking about hosting an AuPair, please contact us as soon as possible. The more time we know in advance that a family needs an AuPair the more likely it is that we will be able to provide you with an AuPair.
We can be contacted during office hours: Monday - Thursday 09:30 – 13:00 or 18:00 – 20:00. Please call for an appointment: 00 353 1 2844675 00353 085 1409288 Email: info@aupairstudy.com
