Either fax the documents and email the photos or send them all by regular mail.

When the office receives your application, we will begin looking for a suitable match. Please contact the office to make sure we have received your file. You will be sent an invoice for the first payment of the registration fee and how to send it to us.

Your application will be circulated among Host families that have been selected for you.

Once we have found a suitable family for you we will send you their information, if you are happy with their information they will either call you or you can call them

Remember on the phone to make sure you have all your questions prepared and understand every thing that the family are asking of you.

Once accepted by a Host Family, you will need to make transportation arrangements and communicate them to our office.
8.
Upon arrival in your target country, you will be picked up at the airport by your Host Family.
9.
Once you have settled in you will need to come into the office to sign an agreement form and to do the test (if you have not already completed it by email).
In order to process your application, we need the following:
Application properly filled out
1 passport size photo (smiling!)
Photos of you with children
A “Dear Family” letter, in English, stating who you are, why you want to come to Ireland., your hobbies, interests, experience with children, any special considerations (such as diet), etc..
2 or 3 reference letters, translated into English. At least one should be a child care reference.
Medical Report
Police Report
Photocopy of your driver’s license (not mandatory).
Photocopies of any degrees or other qualifications such as first aid or childcare courses.
